Trying to provide 3 meals 365 days a year for your food allergic child and the rest of your family can be quite a daunting task, at least for me it is. That is why when I first held Sophie-Safe Cooking by Emily Hendrix in my hands for the first time a few weeks ago, I was overjoyed. As Emily states, it is a "collection of family friendly recipes that are free of milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish" and "the ingredients are all common everyday foods." They happen to be delicious to boot! With over 100 recipes included, the Chocolate Cupcakes and the Creamy Frosting are two that have already become household staples. Thank you Emily!
