For those of you who have read this blog before, you have heard many times over how HUGE a fan I am of Sophie Safe Cooking by Emily Hendrix. I love the idea of baking from scratch and her delectable, simple recipes allow for that joy. Sometimes, however, you really just need a quick fix and I have found none better than Cherry Brook Kitchen products. The gluten free versions of their boxed cake mix, and pancake mix are fantastic...my most recent moment of kitchen euphoria came from their vanilla instant frosting! Bake up a batch of their Sugar Cookie mix, spread some frosting on top and watch those cookies disappear! With their cake mix and frosting in your pantry you are always ready to celebrate - even at the last minute. And with the pancake mix it can still feel like a weekend breakfast on the most hectic of school-day mornings. As always, please read the detailed allergen information provided on their website and read the product labels carefully because not all Cherry Brook Kitchen products are wheat and gluten free.
